The other day I bought an Apple TV (what a cool device btw). So, I went to add a “Watch Apple TV” activity to my RTI T4 in my living room. I’m using Meta with the built-in RTI icons (which happen to be Aero), but I wanted an Apple TV specific icon. So I looked around on the internet, but I didn’t find a good one. So, with me being a graphic designer and all, I decided to make one myself.

But I got a little carried away (as usual, right Morgan ), and I ended up making an entire set of Apple TV icons! And with our snazzy new “Insider” section I have a great way to share them with you. There’s 6 icons in all. All sized at a huge 512×512 resolution (see example) with full PNG transparency. If you need to resize, use CoPilot.

Like all of the other Vantage templates, the TPT550 designs are beautifully laid out and waiting to be customized for your application. Our tried and true page layouts greatly cut down on implementation time, and we’re sure you’ll see why.

Guifx, today announced a new license agreement with Remote Technologies Inc. (RTI). Guifx will now be providing a customized version of their touch-panel remote template, “Curacao,” for RTI’s soon to be released T3-V remote. The new template is designed for Integration Designer Software with easy editing in mind.

Additionally, RTI has licensed Guifx’s new Nexgen Icon Set to integrate gaming system icons into their touch-panel design software. This new agreement brings an incredible value to RTI integrators. Both the Nexgen and Aero Icon Sets will now be available to RTI’s user base as a free download from the Guifx website.

We promised more Vantage, and today we deliver! Just a week ago we eagerly announced the availability of new Template and Graphic Set products for the Vantage Controls hardware line-up. We add to that today with the release of both Adaptation and Meta for Vantage’s TPT1210.

The TPT1210 is an awesome touch-panel and a brilliant showcase for the Adaptation and Meta graphics. We really took advantage of the generous amount of space the TPT1210 has to offer. Both template’s graphics appear beautifully bright and in superior quality. We’re confident you’ll want to reach out and… well, touch them.

Guifx, designers of high-definition, user-friendly, graphical user interfaces, today announced immediate availability of products for Vantage/Legrand, manufacturers of intelligent, touch panel control systems for luxury residential electronic systems. Guifx’s Graphic Set and Template products are available for select Vantage/Legrand hardware today, with the entire line of full color touch panels soon to follow.

Vantage dealers can edit Guifx templates for their projects in the InFusionTM Design Center. Downloads will install directly into the program and appear as themes within the drop down menu in the Touch Panel Designer program. The first two styles available are called Meta and Adaptation, with additional templates to follow. They can be downloaded individually for manual build-up, or dealers can purchase the complete package of prebuilt, professionally laid out designs.
